Richardson Headed To Columbus?

 

After scoring a  hat trick against the New England Revolution in CONCACAF Champions League action, Joe Public striker Gregory Richardson told Goal.com he would like to play in Major League Soccer. Richardson indicated that Columbus has expressed interest in his services. Richardson who is Guyanese had scored last week in the first leg of the tie. Joe Public became the first Caribbean club to defeat an MLS side in a CONCACAF competition. Previously many of the matches were lopsided including DC United‘s 8-0 win over Joe Public in the 1998 CONCACAF Champions Cup.
